Space fills quickly\, so get there early. \nGet your free tickets here! \nFriday\, September 27\, 2024\nForsythe Pot Propagation: Learn an easy way to propagate plant cuttings using a plastic pot\, a small clay pot\, vermiculite\, rooting hormone\, and water. Presented by Connie Long and LaVonne O’Shields. Workshops at 1 p.m\, 3 p.m.\, and 5 p.m. Ten participants available during each time slot. One workshop per participant\, per day. \nSaturday\, September 28\, 2024\nPick a Posy: Learn how to make a posy and understand the lost language of flowers. Presented by Amy Morales. Workshops at 1 p.m\, 3 p.m.\, and 5 p.m. Ten participants available during each time slot. One workshop per participant\, per day. \nSunday\, September 29\, 2024\nDIY Bird Feeder: Children construct biodegradable bird feeders to take home and hang on trees in their neighborhoods. Bird Feeder workshops run continuously throughout Sunday while supplies last. \nThe Garden Club of Jacksonville connects\, inspires\, and empowers generations to contribute positively to the environment and cultivate our community’s sense of belonging. As a nonprofit organization\, we are a trusted resource for information about gardens\, environmental responsibility\, and sustainability. We’re a vibrant space for the community to come together for proms\, weddings\, business meetings\, nonprofit galas\, or any celebration. \nAll supplies and workshops are provided for free! \nThe Garden Club of Jacksonville thanks Proctor Ace Hardware \, located at 5723 University Blvd W\, for providing our booth with a beautiful array of plants. \nREGISTER NOW
