June Volunteer Workday
June 13 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Gloves On, Gardeners!
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and help the Garden Club of Jacksonville bloom this summer! Join us for a fun and rewarding volunteer day as we prepare the Garden Club campus at 1005 Riverside Avenue for the busy season ahead. Volunteers will assist with planting, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, and general clean-up throughout the grounds. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or simply enjoy spending time outdoors and giving back to the community, there’s a place for everyone to lend a hand.
Please dress comfortably for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes to protect your feet while working in the gardens. We recommend bringing gardening gloves, your favorite hand clippers or tools, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle. Light snacks will be provided, along with access to our water bottle filling station to help everyone stay refreshed and hydrated.
Bring your friends, family, and gardening enthusiasm, we can’t wait to work alongside you and make the Garden Club shine for summer!
