The Garden Club of Jacksonville welcomes all its members and the general public to an open house celebrating its origins in 1922 and the upcoming year of programs leading up to its 100th anniversary in 2022.

Learn about fun and informative events like Horticulture Corner, Budding Gardeners, Fun with Flowers, Combined Circles, Designer of Distinction, Flea Market, and Blooms Galore & More. The Garden Club is also organizing the Horticulture Show at the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair. Find out how you can become a Garden Club member and volunteer at events like these and more.

Take a tour of the new Carolyn Marsh Lindsay Library, built with a generous donation from longtime Garden Club member Carolyn Marsh Lindsay and her family to house her collection of books to encourage education and appreciation for gardening and environmental stewardship. Lindsay died on May 18, 2021, but she personally oversaw the design of the space. She hoped her donation would encourage others to invest in the Garden Club’s landscape redesign plans.

Enjoy small bites catered and celebrate with punch or a mimosa!

This program will be offered in-person at the Garden Club. Masks are optional for those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 but are recommended to help protect everyone. Those who are unvaccinated should wear masks; the Garden Club appreciates your cooperation.

The event is free and open to the public, but we appreciate your donation to help offset the cost of food and beverages.
