The Garden Club of Jacksonville presents this summit to convene all the community gardens from around Northeast Florida, those planning to create them in the future, and anyone who wants to learn more about community gardens or take part in one.

Experts from these organizations will join a panel discussion of best practices for organizing, building, maintaining, and sustaining community gardens. We’ll also provide tips for gardening at home and ways for homeowners and renters to perhaps team up and share spaces that might exist on their street.

The Garden Club will also hold a seed swap for anyone who wants to take part. Details will be provided later.

If you know of any community gardens that would like to participate, please ask them to contact info@gardenclubjax.org.
