Crystal Joy of The Joy of Floral  will help you tap into your inner “artist” and get creative, drawing from your feelings and experiences. Learn how to make floral arrangements from beginning to end by choosing two or three core flowers, adding filler flowers to enhance the core flowers, then assembling the arrangement to placing in a container of your own choosing. Joy will also share practical ways to create a bouquet on your own with materials you might already own at home or that can be found in nature. Most importantly, you’ll have the chance to create something unique that reflects you!

Joy will take you step-by-step through the process of creating an arrangement, then provide the materials to design your own. You’ll leave with a creation you can give as a gift or display at home.

Joy is the owner and master floral designer at The Joy of Floral. Flowers have always made her happy. You could say they bring her “joy”! Her business creates beautiful floral designs or helps clients create their own bouquets.

Fun with Flowers is an educational outreach program that is open to the public. Founded by the Garden Club of Jacksonville more than 30 years ago, Fun With Flowers has served as a model for similar programs offered throughout the United States. Attendees learn the latest professional design techniques, then create breathtaking floral creations during the hands-on portion of the program.

This program will be offered in-person at the Garden Club. COVID-19 precautions will be outlined closer to the event. The Garden Club appreciates your cooperation.
