Join us for Hummingbirds: Flying Jewels, a fun and interactive Budding Gardeners program designed to introduce young nature enthusiasts to the hummingbirds that call Northeast Florida home.

Participants will learn about local hummingbird species, their unique behaviors, and the important role they play in our environment. Through an engaging presentation, children will discover how to identify hummingbirds and learn simple ways to attract them to their own gardens.

The adventure continues outdoors as participants use binoculars to observe birds in their natural habitat. Each child will also create a hummingbird-themed craft to take home and gain practical tips for making their yards and gardens hummingbird-friendly.
