The Garden Club of Jacksonville and Women Writing for (a) Change Jacksonville collaborate on the inaugural Birds and Blooms Garden Walk. WWFAC Executive Director Jennifer Wolfe and naturalists from Duval Audubon Society and the Ixia Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society guide tours from the WWFAC headquarters in historic Riverside to a series of lush gardens over a short six-block walk. Along the way, visit the several Birds and Blooms sculpture stations with information about species you might encounter in the neighborhood.

View the WWFAC “Blooms” exhibition of artists and poetry while you sample small bites and mimosas from 927 Events Catering. Admire eye-popping floral arrangements by Garden Club designers and a performance by a poet whose work appears in the “Blooms” exhibition.
