On October 2 the Garden Club of Jacksonville welcomed long-time members, new members, and those yet to join us as Friends to our 2025 Open House. Over 200 guests enjoyed a variety of free small bites from Anthony’s Catering , coffee by Vital Brew, music by Curtis Willis, champagne from Chef’s Garden.
Guests enjoyed a night of camaraderie after an introduction by Interim CEO and Board President Sonja Jones. Informational tables about each of our programs and membership were set up and ready for guests to register as volunteers or join us as Friends while a video stream of photos from past programs played on our new projector screen. Guests also had a chance to sample, and order our delicious holiday pecans by Golden Kernel Pecan Co.!
