Jeanne Powell Hendricks, a master gardener and a member of the Wildflower Circle, has successfully raised, released, and tagged butterflies at her house for 13 years. On January 12, she discussed simple changes that can increase their numbers and ensure their future. They are more than pollinators and beneficial insects; they are “Flying Flowers” and deserve to be in everyone’s garden. The program was offered in-person at the Garden Club and simultaneously on Zoom.
