#GardenClubJax joined Jalynne Goss on September 1, as she shared the story of how she entered urban farming and provided tips on how to grow your own microgreens.

Goss founded Lunar Harvest not only to grow food but to teach people the value of what we put into our bodies. Her small urban farm provides organic, nutrient-dense microgreens to Northeast Florida.

The program was offered in-person to a small group at the Garden Club and simultaneously on Zoom. COVID-19 health and safety guidelines were practiced during this event, including socially distanced seating in the Ballroom and masks worn by all attendees throughout the entire program. Goss also sold several fresh-clipped packages of microgreens after her presentation.
