Children and their families made container gardens, learned how to care for their new plants, and attended a tea party at Budding Gardeners: Gnome Tea Party on September 17.
This program was presented by Jen Burnham from Lush Leaves, who walked children through what their plants needed to grow and how they could set up a successful container garden. Children made houses out of sticks and twigs for a gnome to live in, and then decorated their gardens with moss, leaves, rocks, and more.
