Nicholas Freeman, owner and operator of Wacca Pilatka native landscaping company, discussed how to create a Florida-friendly yard using native, some nonnative, and edible plants to create harmony and abundance in the garden at Horticulture Corner: Go Native on December 6.

Nicholas Freeman launched Wacca Pilatka as an ecological landscape company focused on creating healthy and sustainable Florida yards. He was one of the members of the  Ixia Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society created and now maintain Native Parks #1 and #2 at Park Street and Avondale Avenue in the Riverside Avondale neighborhood.
